She is actively involved in all stages of a transaction, providing practical, risk-focused guidance designed to protect clients’ interests and facilitate efficient and accurate deal execution.
Paige also has specialized knowledge and experience handling financing transactions guaranteed by the Small Business Administration (SBA) through its 7(a) and 504 loan programs. She is well-versed in the intricacies of SBA rules, eligibility requirements and documentation standards required to close business acquisitions, start-ups and ground-up construction. Paige has worked with several SBA lenders and assists them with compliance considerations, loan structuring and closing requirements.
