Patrick focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation, where he represents clients in a broad range of disputes. He assists clients in resolving business and contract disputes, tax controversy, insurance claims, professional negligence matters and landlord-tenant disputes. Patrick also has experience handling matters involving the Research and Development Tax Credit (R&D Credit) and the Employee Retention Credit (ERC).
He believes that effective advocacy is not just about navigating legal procedures and processes; it’s about achieving the client’s goals. He strives to provide results-oriented counsel that helps clients navigate complex legal challenges with confidence.
Patrick began his legal career in South Africa before moving to the United States. Navigating the complexities of immigration and attorney licensure in two countries taught him the importance of strategic thinking, adaptability, and long-term planning. He brings that same perspective to his practice, considering not only the immediate impact of a decision, but also how it will influence the overall trajectory of a case and advance his clients’ interests.
