Rebecca D. Conrad

Rebecca focuses her work on public finance matters, serving as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, and disclosure counsel in various taxable and tax-exempt financings. She has assisted with a broad range of traditional governmental financings for school districts, municipalities, townships and counties, as well as conduit financings for 501(c)(3) organizations such as hospital systems and senior living providers.

Rebecca received her J.D. from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law. During law school, she served as Managing Editor of the Indiana Law Journal and as a judicial intern for Judge Sally A. McLaughlin in Dearborn County, Indiana.
