Ryan focuses his practice on business transactions and corporate counseling, as well as cybersecurity and data privacy issues. He has experience in multiple industries including, but not limited to, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, technology, franchising, food and restaurant, and transportation.
He regularly advises clients on complex transactional matters, sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, day-to-day business operations issues, and contract review and negotiation. He has represented a variety of clients, ranging from individual entrepreneurs to larger regional and national companies. Having served as in-house counsel and outside general counsel, Ryan has a unique understanding of the client’s perspective and strives to deliver a commitment as dedicated service provider to all clients.
Beyond the practice of law, Ryan is involved in the community through engagement with various non-profit organizations, charitable activities, and other efforts to positively impact the Northeast Ohio region.
