Saige represents employers in a wide range of employment-related matters, including wage & hour class, representative, and collective actions; single-plaintiff litigation; and claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Saige defends employers in a variety of industries from small businesses to larger enterprises.

Along with litigation, Saige provides corporate clients with general advice and counseling to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local statutes, rules, and regulations. He has diverse litigation background and has practiced the following types of law: labor and employment, contracts, fraud, and entertainment.
