Samantha’s practice focuses on commercial real estate development and finance and corporate law. She counsels real estate developers in the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of multi-family, mixed-use, and other commercial properties. She has significant experience with urban infill and brownfield redevelopment projects, including through local public-private partnerships. Samantha also has experience with development transactions involving for-sale residential products such as condominiums and townhomes.
