Sarah Benedict

Associate

Sarah represents clients in commercial litigation matters. Her background combines judicial clerkship experience with courtroom advocacy. Her time clerking for Judge Ralph R. Erickson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and Chief Judge Danny C. Reeves of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky sharpened her ability to analyze complex legal issues, craft persuasive arguments, and approach disputes from multiple perspectives. Clients value her strategic approach and her ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively.

Prior to joining Dinsmore, Sarah served as an Assistant Solicitor General for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, representing the government in appellate matters with a strong record of appeal. She also brings experience from complex civil litigation involving financial recovery efforts.
