Scott focuses his practice on commercial litigation. His clients include financial institutions and mortgage servicers. Scott counsels these clients on issues including foreclosure, consumer finance claims, real estate matters, housing code matters, and lender liability claims. He received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Ohio University.
