Rachel  E. Shonebarger


Rachel focuses her practice on civil litigation.  She has handled a wide array of matters, including fiduciary litigation, contract disputes, complex business disputes, and real estate litigation.  She has experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for trial.  Rachel has appeared in federal and state courts throughout Ohio, and has successfully briefed and argued cases on appeal.  Rachel is focused on counseling clients through the litigation process from pre-suit through trial or resolution, crafting innovative arguments and solutions to complex disputes on behalf of her clients.
