Rachel L. McClintock

Biography

Rachel is a partner whose practice focuses on labor and employment law. A go-to resource in California employment matters, Rachel leverages her nearly two decades of legal experience and detailed subject matter knowledge to help her clients. Rachel’s practice is significantly focused on the healthcare industry, but she also has clients in the hospitality, construction, trucking, and technology sectors.

Rachel is familiar with defending claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, employee leave, retaliation, whistleblowing, and wage and hour matters.

She handles matters at all stages, including counseling clients to mitigate risk, responding to state and federal agency claims (such as the EEOC and CRD), mediation, arbitration, and trial.

Rachel is thorough, strategic, and adapts her litigation style and plan based on each case and each client’s individualized needs.
