Rebekah  S. Mintzer

Biography

Rebekah focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the country. She represents clients in commercial litigation matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, breach of restrictive covenants, partition, easement disputes, and shareholder claims. Rebekah also regularly advises companies regarding creative solutions to resolve potential disputes prior to litigation.

Prior to joining Dinsmore, Rebekah worked as an associate at a Chicago-based law firm where she represented privately-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial litigation matters. Rebekah also served as a judicial clerk for Judge Peter Flynn in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Chancery Division where she assisted in cases involving equitable remedies, such as emergency injunctive relief.
