Sarah E. Sessler

Biography

Sarah’s practice centers on commercial litigation, with a focus on financial services, supporting banks, financial institutions, and mortgage lenders and servicers. She has represented a broad array of clients in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration, in a variety of disputes ranging from breach of contract to consumer protection claims under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, Federal Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth in Lending Act, and others. Sarah also counsels her clients regarding their cooperation with regulatory and government investigations, and has particular experience providing support when clients must respond to court-ordered process such as subpoenas and garnishments.
