Our team remains active in handling financing transactions for a variety of clients in the transportation space, including transit authorities, turnpike authorities and commissions and airports. We recognize the unique components involved in such transactions, ranging from particular regulatory requirements to the complexities of working with a variety of governmental and regulatory agencies.
Notably, we have served as bond counsel to The Turnpike Authority in Kentucky, where we have participated in more than $2 billion of transactions, as well as approving more than $300 million of obligations for the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority. We also worked with the Kentucky Public Transportation Infrastructure Authority on a large-scale project to build two bridges over the Ohio River in Louisville.
Additionally, we have served as bond counsel, disclosure counsel or underwriter’s counsel in financings for several notable projects around the country, including the Blue Grass Airport (Kentucky), Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, Dayton International Airport, Denver International Airport, the Cincinnati Bell Connector streetcar (Ohio), O’Hare Airport and Port Columbus International Airport (Ohio).
