Sheena A. Alves

Biography

Sheena focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate matters including, but not limited to, unlawful detainers, purchase/sale, transaction disputes, title issues, easement and boundary disputes, encroachments issues, agent/broker defense, and breach of contract from fruition through conclusion. She has experience preparing and responding to extensive discovery matters, including Motions to Compel and Informal Discovery Conferences.

Her background also includes drafting individual estate planning documents, such as: Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Advance Healthcare Directives. She has prepared and independently argued/defended pre-trial motions, for the following instances: Demurrers, Motions to Strike, discovery motions, adversary proceedings in Bankruptcy court, and Request for Restraining Orders. Sheena received her JD from California Western School of Law.
