Todd H. Fleckenstein

Biography

Todd understands defending clients in construction litigation requires becoming an authority on their work. That means climbing atop roofs in searing July heat or sitting in a forklift driver’s seat to better understand all of the perspectives and factors involved in a case.

His practice focuses on defending general contractors, property owners, and other building professionals through construction defect litigation, general liability, professional liability, personal injury, premises liability, and environmental and asbestos cases. He represents clients throughout the Rocky Mountain area through mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals.

Early in his career, Todd worked as a plaintiff pursuing cases against builders, and he regularly leverages his knowledge of how the opposition works when defending clients today.
