Tony C. Coleman

Biography

Tony has focused his practice on labor and employment law for management for more than three decades. He is experienced handling labor issues for clients under both the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and the Railway Labor Act (RLA). He also counsels clients on organizing campaigns, litigation, and administrative proceedings under the NLRA and RLA. He has successfully represented companies before the NLRB in hundreds of matters involving unfair labor practices. He has also represented clients through hundreds of arbitration matters, primarily in the airline and trucking industries. He has substantial experience representing employers in collective bargaining negotiations, serving as legal counsel, and as the designated spokesperson for companies at the bargaining table.
