Dinsmore is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Coordinator who wants an entry level position in a dynamic team with an opportunity to grow their career.
This position can be located in: Cincinnati, OH; Lexington, KY
The role will provide support for a range of activities undertaken by the team, including assistance with client programs and client reporting, business development pitches and presentations, engagement with audiences on social media, events and maintaining the firm’s website. Training in the use of reporting and customer relationship management tools and a range of other skills will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with content for the firm’s website, social media posts and other campaigns, including posting images and events on the website
- Researching current clients and future targets to support efforts to win work, and generating reports using research tools
- Assistance with mailing lists, data change management and targeting for client development initiatives
- Assisting with the creation of marketing collateral
- Working with the media team to edit, format and send client alerts
- Assisting with the creation and editing of external presentations for events, sponsorships, conferences and client presentations. Working with the events team to produce invitations for events and assisting with their distribution
- Providing on-the-ground assistance with major events, as required
- Working with the proposals team to ensure that content used in proposals is kept updated
- Scheduling, processing and uploading attorney photographs
- Managing the distribution of sports and entertainment related tickets
- Other duties as required to support the work of the team
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or Marketing or equivalent work experience
- Good judgment and an ability to make well-reasoned independent decisions
- Good listening, written and verbal communications skills
- Capable of fully implementing projects to completion
- Self-starter with high levels of initiative, proactivity and drive
- The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, keen to learn and able to think critically
