Public Finance Associate Pittsburgh, PA

Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity for a public finance associate in our Pittsburgh, PA office.  Responsibilities include serving as bond counsel; representing lenders, borrowers, and underwriters in a wide range of financial transactions; managing all levels of transactions through to closing; tax analysis; developing best practices; and utilizing all available resources to resolve legal issues and counsel clients. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years of experience in public finance or municipal and governmental law. Intellectual Property Associate or Patent Agent Washington, D.C.

Dinsmore is seeking an intellectual property associate or patent agent in Washington, D.C. or any of our IP locations mentioned above. This position requires a minimum of two years of patent prosecution experience and at least a B.S. in chemistry, biochemistry, or related degree. Security Architect Cincinnati, OH

Dinsmore has an opening for a security architect in our Cincinnati, OH office. The security architect provides strategic direction and day-to-day management of Dinsmore’s security policies and compliance requirements. Responsibilities include the input and execution to implement security measures that protect Dinsmore’s assets. This role must stay up to date on the latest intelligence and cyber attack methodologies.

  • Ensure the firm has a secure architecture for authorization and authentication.
  • Assist in fortifying business-to-business exchanges to ensure legal transactions and client communications are reliable and secure

Practice Support Specialist Cincinnati, OH

The practice support specialist provides legal administrative assistant support to all employees within the firm's practice. This position will receive general instructions and assignments from attorney/supervisor, attorneys, paralegals, and secretaries. The practice support specialist will exercise judgment and applies skills to fully analyze issues and problems. Media Specialist Chicago, IL

Dinsmore is seeking a media specialist in our Chicago, IL office. The media specialist will increase brand awareness of the law firm and its attorneys, both locally and nationally, via targeted media outreach and placement.

  • Promote the firm’s achievements and the attorneys’ experience and capabilities by pitching articles to media outlets.
  • Write and distribute press releases for lateral hires and promotions, new office openings, precedent-setting deals/ cases, significant practice and firm-wide rankings, and other key announcements.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with journalists in local, business, legal and industry publications.
  • Periodically travel to identified Dinsmore offices to meet with attorneys and learn about their practices.

Legal Secretary  Dayton, OH

Dinsmore has an immediate opening for an experienced, poised and professional legal secretary in our Dayton, OH office.This secretarial position will include traditional legal secretarial responsibilities, including filings, client management, billing, time entry, formatting, proofreading and editing of documents, travel arrangements, and other legal assistant functions. Legal Secretary Cincinnati, OH 

Dinsmore has an opening for a legal secretary in our Cincinnati, OH office. This secretary will support multiple attorneys in the real estate, development, leasing, and ownership practice group.  The ideal candidate will have experience working with real estate attorneys.

This position includes traditional legal secretarial responsibilities, including filings, client management, billing, time entry, formatting, proofreading and editing of documents, travel arrangements, and other legal assistant functions. Responsibilities:

Legal Project Assistant San Diego, CA

Dinsmore is currently seeking a legal project assistant in San Diego, CA. This position will be responsible for the successful organization, tracking, and maintenance of technology agreements and related materials. Candidates should have two years of assistant or paralegal experience (corporate/transactional environment preferred).

  • Centralizes and maintains all agreements and related materials in databases and tracking systems
