Labor & Employment Law Associate Louisville, KY

Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity for a labor & employment associate in our Louisville, Kentucky office. Candidates must have two to four years of experience. Responsibilities include litigation defense, advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws, and working on FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violation of wage law matters. Dinsmore has an opportunity available for a construction associate in the Columbus, Ohio office.  The position requires 1 - 5 years of experience for someone with a background or demonstrable interest in construction law.  An undergraduate degree in architecture, engineering or construction management is preferred.  The associate would be expected to support both the transactional and litigation needs of the construction practice group. The second opportunity requires a minimum of three years of experience and a material science, chemical engineering or chemistry background.  An advance degree in these disciplines and/or industry experience is preferred but not required.

Dinsmore is seeking candidates for a full-time receptionist in the San Diego, California office.  Our receptionist is the “Master of First Impressions” who will also provide clerical/administrative support in a professional services office setting.

  • Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate person. Deliver prompt, accurate messages to attorneys and staff
  • Greet clients/guests and notify attorneys or staff when visitors have arrived

CRM Specialist Cincinnati, OH

Dinsmore is looking for a client relationship management specialist who will be responsible for the CRM database-related duties and projects that support marketing and business development initiatives undertaken by the firm. Will assist with updating, maintaining, managing, supporting and promoting the firm’s CRM system as well as recommend ways to further leverage the system for business development. The CRM specialist will also provide secondary support to the team in marketing technology maintenance and other required areas.

  • Working directly with the lawyers and support staff to promote the CRM’s widespread use and reinforce best practices
  • Acting as a resource on questions relating to its usage and capabilities and performing first-level technical support for the CRM product
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in the CRM system. Responsible for researching and updating data, validating changes to data and managing the duplicate resolution process

Patent Paralegal Dayton, OH 

Dinsmore has an excellent opportunity for an intellectual property paralegal with at least three years of patent law experience. This is a full time opportunity in our Dayton, Ohio office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years intellectual property experience and have previous foreign filing experience, and strong computer and research skills.  General knowledge of intellectual property filing and prosecution rules/regulations is required.  Experience using CPI docketing software is a plus.

Office Services Clerk Columbus, OH

Dinsmore is seeking an office services clerk to join our Columbus, Ohio office.  The ideal candidate will receive on-the-job training to work in a busy document production office handling, but not limited to, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and audio video equipment. 

This position will also include being the primary person to handle in-house courier runs, up to three times a day, to local businesses, and state and federal courts or agencies, all located within the downtown Columbus area.

  • Filing documents at various courts, Ohio Secretary of State, Industrial Commission, as well as delivering or picking up items from local businesses
  • Assist the document production center with CD burning, copying, scanning, and faxing

Application Support Analyst Cincinnati, OH 

Dinsmore is seeking an application support analyst in our Cincinnati, Ohio office. The application support analyst is responsible for software support activities and small software enhancements in collaboration with the application development team and the networking/Infrastructure team. This position troubleshoots, analyzes and resolves support issues. This position provides tier I & tier II level support but leverages other assets in the company to resolve issues, including tier 3 & development resources as needed.

Dinsmore is seeking a full-time intellectual property trademark docket clerk in our Cincinnati, Ohio office.  This docket clerk will be responsible for reviewing communication from the USPTO and communication from foreign and domestic incoming client-related communications and extracting salient information for input into the firm’s docketing software on a daily basis.
