Dinsmore Compliance Services, LLC is currently seeking a highly focused and experienced candidate for our high touch and high energy chief compliance officer (CCO) position to work directly with our financial services clients. Qualifications & Related Skills

Education:  Graphic Arts or BA Degree (four year college or university)

We have an opening for an HR Generalist, Benefits. The HR Generalist, Benefits is responsible for overseeing and administering the employee benefit programs. This role calls for a specialization in health insurance and retirement plans. The HR Generalist, Benefits ensures accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools. They strive to quickly resolve questions and issues related to these subjects.

Responsibilities

  • Answers employee questions concerning benefits
  • Updates employee details received and accurately archives the information for later reference and use
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly reconciliation and reporting
  • Creates benefits packets, ensuring all documents by classification of new hire and documents are up to date
  • Maintains individual benefits files
  • Conducts benefits orientations for new employees
