Responsibilities:
Draft correspondence, prepare, edit and file pleadings with State and Federal courts, schedule depositions, file maintenance, travel arrangements, expense reports, time entry, review and edit of pre-bills, maintain attorney calendars, manage client contacts/calls, and assist attorneys in moving cases forward, including trial preparation.
 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with litigation support, and trial prep
  • Strong experience calendaring litigation deadlines
  • Working knowledge and understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is looking for a Marketing Technology Manager to manage and support the development of marketing technology tools and systems that meet the needs of the firm. This includes working collaboratively with many departments across the firm, including IT, Human Resources, and Finance/Accounting, to ensure the systems and processes are appropriately serving the firm.

The Marketing Technology Manager will also apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the firm on issues related to the design, development, deployment and adoption of the firm's marketing technologies which are critical to business operations. It is essential to this role that the Manager demonstrates technical proficiency while also understanding the marketing side and can see the intersection of those two areas.
