Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for commercial workout and bankruptcy associates in the Lexington, KY and/or Louisville, KY offices. The scope of representation for the position will include representing financial institutions, lenders, creditors, trade creditors, receivers and similar interests in workouts and general litigation in both state and federal courts. Applicants should have a license to practice in Kentucky and candidates with a minimum of two years of commercial workout, litigation and/or foreclosure experience is preferred. All candidates should have a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
