Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity for commercial and financial services litigation associates in our Lexington, Kentucky and/or Louisville, KY offices office. Preferred candidates will have two to seven years of litigation experience, including experience preparing and arguing motions, researching and drafting briefs, preparing cases for evidentiary hearings and managing all aspects of litigation in both state and federal courts. Experience representing financial institutions, judicial clerkship experience and familiarity with the Kentucky court system is a plus. All candidates should have a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
