Simon operates in patent preparation and prosecution, currently assisting licensed patent attorneys. Primarily, he works with innovations in the fields of electrical engineering, electro-optics, and hardware. However, he also performs work in fields as varied as petroleum engineering and chemical engineering. Simon serves his community via pro bono work in areas outside of patent law, currently as a Court Appointed Special Advocate.
Simon’s studies in electrical engineering helped him develop careful and logical reasoning. These skills allowed him to excel in law school. His attention to detail was tested and bolstered by his time as a Staff Writer and Executive Publication Editor in Law Review. Simon wants to provide clients with the level of detail and care that helped him in his journey through law school.
