Paige focuses her practice on assisting individuals with wealth planning, asset protection planning, probate, profit and nonprofit business formation and organization, business succession planning, and estate litigation. In addition, she assists banking institutions with creditors’ rights litigation, real estate transactions including foreclosures, and file reviews ensuring that collateral securing loans are properly secured.
Outside of her practice, Paige focuses on mentoring junior associates within the firm. She also spends time outside of her practice participating in boards aimed at increasing access to outdoor recreational activities for residents of her town.
Paige graduated Order of the Coif from West Virginia College of Law, where she also served as the student writing specialist providing writing assistance to fellow law students.
