Ed concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate law, including all phases of securities law, acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and reorganizations. He serves as general counsel, a director and secretary to a NYSE listed company. He has worked in all phases of real estate law. Ed has developed a niche in business/finance issues, including public and private equity and debt financings, venture capital financings, and real estate syndications.
