Jen is an experienced patent attorney with a focus on patent preparation, prosecution, and strategic client counseling in intellectual property matters. She works primarily in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and medical technologies, with a strong history of guiding clients through complex patent processes. Jen’s skills include providing patent opinions, such as freedom to operate, patentability, infringement, validity, and landscape analyses, assisting clients in navigating the complexities of patent law and making informed decisions.

Jen counsels clients at every stage, from startups to growth-stage companies and established industry leaders. She works closely with clients to develop tailored intellectual property strategies that align with their business goals, helping them secure and maximize the value of their patents. Whether guiding a startup through its first patent filings or advising a mature company on portfolio management and patent enforcement, Jen’s approach is focused on delivering practical, forward-thinking solutions that drive business success.
