Cedric focuses his practice on corporate and real estate matters, especially affordable housing matters. His affordable housing experience includes assisting developers in low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) transactions by reviewing equity and loan agreements in coordination with their financial projections to ensure capital stack alignment.
His experience also includes drafting and reviewing real estate purchase and sale agreements, exchange agreements, leases, equity documents, and loan documents. Cedric regularly assists clients with forming and dissolving LLCs, corporations, and partnerships, as well as preparing operating agreements, corporate governance documents, and asset and stock purchase agreements.
In real estate, Cedric has supported clients from due diligence and drafting deeds to preparing opinion letters, resolutions, and conveyance documents. He also works with homeowner’s associations, drafting declarations and articles of incorporation that create clear structures for communities.
