Andrew  M. Maurer


Andrew is a seasoned patent attorney with a robust practice focused on patent preparation, prosecution, and opinion work. He is recognized for his critical thinking, his attention to enhancing patent value, and his ability to develop strong patent portfolios. His area of specialization is in the mechanical and electromechanical arts, where Andrew leverages his background in mechanical engineering to address a wide range of technologies.

He caters to a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from innovative startups to Fortune 500 companies, providing tailored patent strategies aligned with their business goals. Andrew's clientele have spanned diverse industries such as automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, and robotics. Andrew has worked on an extensive array of technologies, from transmissions and weather seals to stretchers and surgical tools.

Beyond his legal practice, Andrew maintains a passion for technology and the automotive industry, evident in his hobby of restoring old cars, including his current project, a 1979 Ford Bronco.
