Brandon  T.  Holmes


Brandon focuses his practice on commercial litigation and has experience serving a variety of industries including utilities, eCommerce and logistics venders, professional employer organizations, employee leasing companies, and financial institutions. He is highly experienced in the area of consumer financial services and frequently represents businesses in Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Florida Consumer Collections Practices Act (FCCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) matters. Brandon is also experienced in defending businesses against personal injury and premises liability matters, and represents clients with other general litigation matters, including contract disputes, warranty claims, property damage, property rights, and construction defects.
