Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for an associate in our San Diego office. The scope of representation for the position will include primarily representing financial institutions and lenders in various transactional matters including traditional loan and real estate transactions and in the context of workouts, restructurings and distressed situations. Two – five years of related experience is preferred. Applicants should have a license to practice in California and candidates with similar experience in commercial workouts, restructurings, receiverships and foreclosures would be preferred.
The base salary range for this position is $194,000 – $212,000 and up to $40,000 + in bonus potential. This is not inclusive of our full range, and actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
