Dinsmore is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant at our Pittsburgh, PA location to support attorneys in our Corporate Business Acquisitions and Securities practice group.

Responsibilities

  • Project and client management, billing, time entry, formatting, proofreading and editing of documents, travel arrangements, and other legal assistant functions. We seek candidates that are self-directed, high energy, and have advanced computer skills.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree, and experience supporting corporate attorneys or business executives
  • Ability to learn and understand the inner workings of each client’s business and work with attorneys as an integral member of the team
  • Experience using attorney timekeeping software and document management systems
  • Experience and proficiency using MS Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven success as a positive team player as well as an independent worker
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
  • Corporate paralegal experience is a plus
