Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for litigation attorneys in our Miami office with a focus on personal injury defense in product liability, premise liability, and trucking cases. Candidates must have 3-7 years of experience taking fact and expert depositions, preparing and arguing dispositive motions before a court, handling complex discovery, preparing cases for trial, and be able to manage cases on their own. Candidates must be well-versed in researching and drafting briefs and motions.
A Florida law license is required and familiarity with Florida’s federal court system is preferred. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Competitive salary, benefits, and up to $45,000 + in bonus potential.
