Evan C. Allen

Biography

Evan focuses his practice on preparing and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications. He assists clients ranging from large global corporations to individual inventors in securing protections for their inventions, predominantly in several sectors including materials science, petrochemicals, consumer products, and related areas.

With an educational background in chemical engineering & professional experience in supply-chain, Evan brings strong problem-solving skills to his practice, blending his technical and legal expertise to address the complexities of both his clients’ innovations and the navigation of highly-competitive marketplaces. Clients appreciate Evan’s respectful, open, and direct communication style that help ensure clear and effective interactions with in-house innovation, legal, and business teams.

Outside of his professional life, Evan is an avid cyclist and triathlon competitor, having completed an Ironman 70.3 and climbed Alpe d’Huez within the space of a year. He is also a passionate supporter of Liverpool FC and a long-suffering Cincinnati Reds fan.
