To help legal practitioners understand the intersection of criminal law and professional licensure implications, Dan recently presented to the Columbus Bar Association’s Criminal Law Practice Group on common adverse consequences flowing from criminal cases, healthcare professionals’ mandatory reporting duties, and circumstances requiring prosecutors to report criminal matters to regulatory agencies.
