Biography
Lindsey is a skilled litigator who represents insurers, small businesses and multinational companies in litigation involving product liability, professional liability, transportation, medical malpractice, equine law and cases with significant claims of negligence and/or wrongful death in state and federal courts.
With extensive experience handling professional negligence claims, Lindsey frequently represents medical care providers, long-term care providers, architects, engineers, realtors, insurance brokers and agents and other licensed professionals. She also handles a significant number of product liability matters having litigated cases involving medical devices, automotive component parts, consumer products and commercial equipment, to name a few.
Whether she is working to prevent litigation, negotiating a resolution, or defending through trial, Lindsey tailors her strategy to bring about the best result for that client.
Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter on their horse farm. An avid dressage competitor, Lindsey also volunteers her time with the Three Rivers Equestrian Association by organizing its nationally-sanctioned dressage competition each year.
