Mike focuses his practice on commercial litigation and business disputes. He has considerable experience throughout the case flow, including pre-litigation review and advice; discovery processes of varying scales; developing legal and factual positions with extensive legal research and fact review; composing motions, briefs, and pleadings; deposing witnesses; and the trial and appellate processes. Through this experience, he has a thorough understanding of the how clients’ needs vary and how to effectively pursue each client’s unique goals.
He has represented a variety of clients from industries including commercial packaging, banking, insurance, and natural resources. His clients’ matters involved an equally diverse range of areas of the law, including breach of contract, non-compete and employment, real estate, product liability, and bankruptcy issues. He also has experience in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes.
Prior to joining Dinsmore as a summer associate in 2016, Mike interned at Colorado Legal Services in Denver, where he assisted low-income individuals with personal bankruptcy, debt collection, and other consumer issues.
