Three Dinsmore Attorneys Named Super Lawyers Rising Stars in Illinois

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is pleased to announce three associates have been named to the Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star list for 2020. Attorneys on the Super Lawyers list are selected by a multi-phase process that takes into account independent research, peer evaluations and professional achievement. The exclusive list recognizes no more than five percent of attorneys.

Jessica Chang, an associate in the labor and employment department counsels human resources personnel and company representatives on day-to-day employment matters as well as developing and implanting employment-related policies and programs in compliance with new laws and regulations. Change earned her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Sean T. Price is an associate in the intellectual property department and counsels clients on acquiring, licensing and enforcing intellectual property rights. He advises clients, including multinational retail corporations, on trademark prosecution, opposition and cancellation proceedings, and trademark licensing, and drafts and negotiates copyright licenses and software-as-a-service agreements. He also reviews licensing agreements following significant changes, such as new ownership structures, and, when necessary, pitches amendments to ensure the licensing agreements are current and accurate.

Sara Suleiman is an experienced associate in the intellectual property department focusing on trademark, copyright and advertising matters.  She counsels clients of all sizes and industries, including major retailers, technology start-ups, financial institutions, pharma and medical device companies, marketing agencies, artists and journalists. She manages U.S. and foreign trademark portfolios, overseeing trademark clearance, prosecution, licensing and policing. Suleiman earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law where she is also an adjunct professor teaching copyright law.
