Brandon has extensive commercial litigation and general litigation defense experience for clients in a range of industries. He has defended restaurants, hotels, mobile home parks, and other businesses in personal injury and premises liability matters. These matters include slip and falls, transitory foreign substance matters, and unsecure premises claims. He has also defended various clients in automobile negligence actions, ranging from rear-end collisions to high exposure motor vehicle accidents involving catastrophic loss and casualty, as well as matters involving punitive damages.

His experience extends to product liability matters involving defective products, both with and without bodily injury. Additionally, he has worked on matters involving general negligence and intentional torts. Brandon also represents clients with other general litigation matters, including contract disputes, warranty claims, property damage, personal and real property rights, and construction defects.

In his commercial litigation work, Brandon has experience serving a variety of industries including  utilities, eCommerce and logistics venders, professional employer organizations, employee leasing companies, and financial institutions. He is highly experienced in the area of consumer financial services and frequently represents businesses in Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Florida Consumer Collections Practices Act (FCCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) matters.
