Clara focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Butler University before attending Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law where Clara served as an Executive Editor of the Indiana Law Journal and was actively involved in the Business Law Society.
Clara gained experience working with the legal team at ChampionX in Houston, Texas, where she assisted with executive compensation and compliance matters, and contributed to the company’s Form 10-K filing with the SEC. Clara was previously a summer associate in the firm’s Business, Acquisitions and Securities practice group.
