Courtney M. Riehle

Associate

Courtney brings a practical, business-minded approach to real estate development, construction, government and municipal law, and related litigation matters. She works with developers, businesses, property owners, contractors, and public entities to help move projects forward, resolve disputes efficiently, and protect clients’ interests at every stage. Her experience representing clients in both transactional matters and complex litigation gives her a practical understanding of how agreements are interpreted, challenged, and enforced. She applies that perspective to help clients structure transactions that align with their business objectives while mitigating risk.

Prior to joining Dinsmore, Courtney earned her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she received a Certificate in Intellectual Property and served on the Indiana Health Law Review. She earned her B.A. in International Studies from Purdue University and was recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Star in Construction Litigation in 2026.
