Dani works closely with clients to navigate a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters. Her practice includes multi-jurisdictional motion practice in both state and federal courts, as well as experience handling complex disputes involving premium financial universal indexed life insurance for high net–worth individuals.
In addition to her litigation work, Dani advises clients on employment-related matters, including negotiating separation agreements with national and international companies. She also has experience drafting corporate formation documents manufacturing agreements, and estate plans giving her a well-rounded perspective on both dispute resolution and business planning. Dani typically manages a diverse caseload and is known for being responsive, organized, and attentive to details while achieving client goals.
Dani earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While in law school, she served as Intake Coordinator for the Education Law Clinic, where she worked directly with clients, and as a brief writer for the ABA Moot Court Team. She gained valuable courtroom and litigation insight as a judicial extern to the Honorable Eve Reilly in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County and further developed her dispute resolution skills as a Certified Mediator with the Center for Conflict Resolution. Through her clerkships at Hoogendoorn & Talbot and Prairie State Legal Services, Dani built a strong foundation in commercial and civil matters, including contracts, estate planning, tax, and landlord-tenant disputes.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with honors, from Villanova University, along with minors in Business and History. Dani approaches her work with a practical mindset and a strong commitment to clear communication. She values building relationships with her clients and takes pride in helping them feel informed and confident throughout the legal process.
