David focuses his practice on providing corporate counseling with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He assists clients with a wide range of transactions, from traditional business sales and acquisitions involving third parties to internal business succession planning. David represents clients of all sizes, including family-owned businesses, privately held companies, and larger organizations, guiding them through acquisitions, divestitures, and succession matters.

In addition to his corporate practice, David counsels clients on a variety of commercial real estate matters, primarily involving acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions. He represents buyers and sellers, as well as landlords and tenants, in navigating complex real estate issues and achieving their business objectives.

Before joining the firm, David advised businesses ranging from small, family-owned operations to national companies on matters including contract drafting and review, corporate governance, and sophisticated mergers and acquisitions. He also served as outside counsel to a national commercial landlord whose portfolio ranged from small, local businesses to national franchise operators across nearly every state in the country.

David provides clients with strategic guidance throughout the entire business lifecycle, from formation and growth to succession planning and eventual sale. He emphasizes clear communication, practical advice, and thorough analysis to help clients confidently navigate complex legal and business challenges.
