Jen is an experienced legal advisor and strategist who advises clients on a variety of complex corporate matters. She navigates clients through corporate governance requirements, restructuring processes, acquisitions, financing transactions, and day-to-day operational matters such as contract review and executive compensation.
Leveraging her over 16 years of experience, Jen mitigates risk for clients with pragmatic and efficient solutions. She works hand-in-hand with business owners to execute their plans with expertise and precision.
While her practice is multifaceted, Jen focuses most on mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) transactions. Clients appreciate the practical and collaborative approach Jen brings to her practice. Her goal is to remove barriers for clients, not create them.
When not advising clients, Jen flexes her teamwork skills (or admittedly competitive spirit) playing soccer in one of several adult soccer leagues around Columbus. If she doesn’t have a soccer ball at her feet, Jen is likely driving at least one of her three kids (Avery, Austin, and Harper) to a soccer field, basketball court, or baseball field.
