Jose focuses his practice on commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, mergers and acquisitions, commercial financing transactions, corporate governance, and business buy-outs. He advises clients on a broad range of commercial real estate, corporate, and finance matters, and assists clients with transaction structuring, due diligence, debt and equity financing arrangements, and strategic business transactions.
Jose takes a hands-on approach to client service, emphasizing responsiveness, accessibility, and clear communication throughout every stage of a transaction. His responsiveness, commercial judgment, and unwavering focus on execution enable him to advance client objectives while driving transactions to successful completion, remaining readily available to address critical issues and maintain momentum through every stage of a transaction.
Outside of work, Jose enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing golf.
