Madison is an experienced tort litigation attorney, with an emphasis in product liability litigation. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation, from pre-lawsuit investigation to final resolution. Once a lawsuit is filed, Madison uses her experience to guide clients through the litigation process from beginning to end, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediation, motion practice, trial assistance, and settlement negotiations. Throughout her significant experience in complex product liability cases, Madison has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including those in the automotive, medical device, industrial equipment, and recreational equipment sectors. She also has experience in Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) and railroad defense.
In her representation of product manufacturers, Madison is dedicated to learning her clients’ products and understanding their business. She helps clients analyze the facts and the law to distill complex legal and factual issues into straightforward concepts and determine how to leverage the best outcome for her clients.
Before joining Dinsmore, Madison served as a staff attorney for the Kentucky Court of Appeals, where she honed her analytical skills and gained valuable insight into the inner workings of the Kentucky judicial system. As a law student, she completed a judicial externship for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
