Nathan’s practice focuses on civil litigation, specifically premises liability issues. He has helped companies navigate complex legal issues in a way that protects their business and helps them prepare for future incidents. Nathan also has experience with employment immigration matters including non-immigrant work visas, the permanent residence process via PERM, and family-based immigration. His previous experience includes clerking for Chief Judge Lavenski Smith on the Eighth Circuit and working for Washington University’s immigration clinic, where he assisted clients with asylum and family-based petitions. He received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law and has written a piece for the American Immigration Lawyers Association Law Journal about the asylum process.
