Oleg Khariton

Oleg represents companies in intellectual property litigation and other complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on complex patent infringement and trade secret disputes.  Oleg has represented clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in federal district courts across the country.  His experience spans a broad range of industries, including software, consumer products, financial services, and biotechnology.  Oleg has significant appellate experience, particularly in patent appeals at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  He also has substantial experience representing clients in adversarial post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, particularly in inter partes reviews.
