Sarah is an experienced business litigator and NITA-trained trial lawyer, licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky. Her practice regularly involves matters in federal and state courts throughout the Greater Cincinnati Area. She assists her clients in effectively resolving complex business disputes, including contract interpretation and enforcement issues, as well as all other complex business torts. She enjoys using her economics background and over a decade of business litigation experience to advise her clients on smart legal decisions that make business sense. Sarah has a proven record of success, with first chair jury trial, bench trial, and appellate court experience.
In addition to business litigation, Sarah’s practice frequently involves complex trust and estate disputes. She has handled many cases involving questions of testamentary capacity and undue influence, as well as questions involving fiduciary obligations of trustees and attorney-in-fact.
While her legal practice spans both sides of the Ohio River, Sarah is the Office Managing Partner of Dinsmore’s Covington office.
