The University of Cincinnati’s Goering Center published an article in its latest newsletter by Dinsmore Employment Chair Faith Whittaker about the details of paid leave during the COVID-19 pandemic. Entitled, “The Families First Coronavirus Response Act Expanded Paid Leave Requirements: What Employers Need to Know,” the article explains to employers how and when they must offer paid leave to employees affected by COVID-19.
