Slander of title suit

Plaintiffs brought a slander of title suit against our client, a professional surveyor, claiming that the surveyor prepared and allowed to be placed of record an allegedly incorrect survey involving the boundaries of the Plaintiffs’ property. We successfully pursued a Rule 12(b)(6) motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim.
