Terri R. Stallard

Biography

Terri understands estate planning is one of the most responsible ways of caring for your family, as it details how your possessions, equity, and assets will be handled upon your death. For families with young children, such planning also ensures protections are in place should the unforeseen arise. Terri’s experience includes estate planning, asset protection, and business succession planning, and she spends time learning about and understanding clients’ concerns, goals, and objectives. These include handling taxes, business transfers, and dividing assets among children. Terri understands these conversations are as sensitive as they are critical, which is why she keeps in close contact with clients, ensuring all of their questions and concerns are addressed with a comprehensive plan.
