Audrey focuses her practice on business, acquisitions, and securities. Audrey received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where her involvement included serving as a Notes and Comments Editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review, Vice Chair of the Student Legal Education Committee, a Senior Articles Editor of the Human Rights Quarterly, and a Legal Intern for the Entrepreneurship & Community Development Clinic. As a Legal Intern for the Clinic, she gained first-hand experience helping small businesses and non-profits with their legal matters.
Outside of the office, Audrey enjoys playing pickleball, rock climbing, and spending time with her pets and family.
